Crochet, lamps and owls

I have to confess a serious addiction..ok, actually more than one. Crochet, lamps and owls!
My grandma, that knows me well, just went to Egypt (yes, not a very good moment, but she was at the sea) and she bought me two adorable owls! One is red and the other one is a cute little blue owl pendant that I'm wearing right now. The red one is perfect next to my new lamp. I've made this lamp yesterday, using this beautiful '70s fabric that I bought on Etsy (here the shop). When I saw it for the first time I tought that it would be perfect in my new studio..by the way, I start planning the fornitures arrangment!
Now is time to go out, the sun (finally) is bright and shining!

  5. Thank you so much my dears Ladies!
I love this kind of fabric, the quality is really good and the pattern is so 70's!!!

@ Twiggs: I bought this lamp (with a white lampshade) and I've sewed a piece of fabric with the same size and I inserted it from the top. The nice thing is that you can easly remove it and maybe change it whenever you want!
(I hope that you can understand my explanation..my english sucks!)

ps. my grandma is really brave!! ;-)
