Crochet tutorial: sunburst {in a square}

Last week a new follower asked me how I did my first blanket, if I used a pattern. Well, actually I didn't, because I've chosen the colors during the work, but of course I've followed a pattern for create the single pieces. That's why I thought to make a really easy and simple tutorial. Of course this is for the beginners, but it's really nice pattern and you can make cushions, blankets and a lot of other things. Well, ready to start?
ps. to join together the pieces I suggest you to follow this tutorial

  1. It's lovely to see many diff interpretations of the sunburst! The one I'm doing is first round ends up with 16doubles then the next round 16 puff stitches then 16 cluster stitches and I haven't got the cream yet to do round 4. But I've made loads of yoyo type things!
